 About the Author:
Jared has been drawing for almost 10 of his 13 1/2 years. His Mammaw is always drawing and painting and he would not be left behind. His Mom is also a fine artist and worked in leather-carving when his age. Jared is also interested in music and plays sax...following in his Dad's footsteps also (he was a member of a band for many years playing keyboard). Jared's interests run from fossils to catcher in baseball and wrestling and martial arts. He is also a student in the 8th grade.

Morning Rose
  

This is Jared's painting called the "Morning Rose", for every morning we are given the 'day' like a beautiful rose. The light comes from the 'Head' as we become His messengers each day.  The Rose is the 'beauty we can make of the day.
