Beloved masters, your greatest desire is to return to full God-consciousness, but you are still somewhat confused as to how this is to be accomplished. Many of you are well on your way to becoming cocreator masters of Light once more, but please remember that part of your mission on Earth is to share your wisdom with others after you have integrated and are actively living each new level of enlightened awareness. The mass mind or collective consciousness of humankind in the third/fourth-dimensional expression perpetuates separateness, limitation, and fear, as well as a narrow-focused reality, a rigid outlook, and often a self-righteous attitude toward beliefs that are in conflict with the popular accepted belief structure. Allow us to condense and recap some of the more important truths we have given you over the past years.
When you tap into the Cosmic Mind of the Creator, you begin to view the world and all situations from a higher vantage point and from a "we" perspective, instead of an "I" point-of-view, which is the beginning of "Unity Consciousness". You have access to the universal storehouse of all possibilities which is innovative and limitless. It is fed by the unconditional love of the Creator and all the wondrous Beings of Light in the multi-dimensions of Creation. All the Divine Light Substance of Creation you can contain and use is being offered to you, and you are being given an opportunity to manifest anything you desire, from the smallest, simplest things to the most complex and magnificent. How do you prepare yourselves to reclaim this precious gift of Love/Light as cocreators of worlds without end?

Tobias: And so it is, dear friends, that we gather again as family, as Shaumbra. We share our energies, we share our love, and we share our journey. Indeed, I, Tobias, love to come roaring in, as Cauldre (Geoffrey Hoppe) says. I love to come into your space, to sit next you, to be with you, to feel you so close.

Those of us on this side of the veil cannot come in close to you unless you allow us. We cannot interfere, of course. We cannot even come in close to you unless you give permission and you open your hearts.

That is why it is such a joy for I, Tobias, and for all of the other angels and entities who sit in the Second Circle to gather with you like this. Oh, they are as thrilled as I am. They are here today, filling the Second Circle, hundreds and hundreds of angels and entities who, in a way, have to get tickets to this show (audience laughter), for we limit the number and the quotient of energy that comes in order to keep a balance.

The angels come in, waiting to be with you, waiting to feel your energy and your love, waiting to see this amazing creature called the human, now turning into a Divine Human. They come in to observe because they know their time will come to be in physical body and walk as humans on Earth.

"SHOUD 4: Gabriel's Trumpet"

Tobias: And so it is, dear friends, dear Shaumbra, that we gather here together on this day in the energy of you that is changing so much. While this music was playing (“Western Sky” by Brian Keane, played before the channel), so many of you could hear the vibration and feel the frequency of Gabriel’s trumpet. Gabriel sounded the trumpet so many years ago, calling you to service, calling you to the changes, calling you to the New Earth, and calling you to take your ascension status.

While this music was playing, we could feel something singing in your hearts. You were remembering when Gabriel first sounded the trumpet in 1987. At that time you said, “Yes! Yes, Spirit, I am here. Yes, Spirit, I am ready to move forward.”

Oh, what a journey you have been on since then! From our perspective it was only a moment or so ago. It spans some 15 years. What a journey you have been on in order to get to this point!

We are overwhelmed with emotion when we gather like this… when you put down those barriers and those walls…when you know you are enveloped by the love of Spirit, the love of I, Tobias, and the love of all who gather on this day. Yes, and most importantly when you are enveloped by the love of Shaumbra, the ones who sit next to you, the ones who you played footsie with last month!

Beloved masters, it is time to expand your knowledge as to how the Creator's Plan was designed and how you all have been affected by that plan throughout your many lifetimes, but especially in this lifetime. We have explained many times before that your Earth resonates to the harmonics of the number seven, while your galaxy and this universe resonate to the harmonics of twelve. There have been numerous references to this in the past, some given in metaphors, and many that are so commonly known that you do not even think about their deeper meaning.

The Beloved Christed Being Jesus had twelve disciples and your history speaks much of the twelve tribes of Israel; your astrological zodiac is divided into twelve segments; and one of the major time-keeping systems on Earth divides your year into twelve months. There are many more examples, and if you become more aware of the significance of this number, you will begin to recognize them. More and more often you are dreaming of the number 12:12, and it repeatedly is brought to your attention via your digital clocks. The number twelve carries the vibrational frequencies of wholeness and balance, and you carry within these vibrational frequencies in the form of chakras (or spinning vortices of Light) which will hum and ignite when you have fully activated them.

I am excited that so many people are stepping forward to be "Instruments of Peace." In a few more weeks we should have 100,000 Spiritual Warriors ready to prayerfully respond to global events that need healing--almost instantly. We are on the front line, literally, and will use a technology more powerful than all the weapons in the world. It is a technology that we have always possessed, though we have forgotten how to use it. In the coming weeks I'll be forwarding articles from some of the leading spiritual teachers on how we can use this technology of prayer to change the world. It will be a kind of global forum, an informal training that will help us respond the next time we are needed.

Tobias: And so it is, dear friends, that we gather together as family, as Shaumbra and as ones who have known each other for so very long. The energy on this day is indeed sweet. It is indeed the energy of those who are moving forward, of those who are going into the New Energy. It is the of the ones who have dared to ask why. “Why am I here? Why am I on this planet in this lifetime now? Why am I here… as a spark of God… as an identity of All That Is? Why am I here?”

You dared to ask why. That started the awakening and opening within you. It takes you on a new path that leads you into a whole New Energy. You are walking into a whole New Energy. And, from what you learn and where you go from here, all else follows. All That Is follows in your footsteps.

You go first and All That Is will follow. All of the archangels. All of the angels. Even Spirit follows in your footsteps. It is difficult for you to imagine this. But, that is why you are here. That is why we honor you so much.

Dear friends, dear Shaumbra, take off your shoes. Take off your shoes now! We ask you to take off your shoes. You are not so much grounded. We have much to work to do with you on this day. If you do not like your feet, and you think perhaps they smell (audience laughter), it is time to change the way you think about yourself and about your body. So many of you are not grounded.

Tobias: And so it is, dear family, dear Shaumbra, that we gather together again in our sacred and divine space. You are among the first to move into what we call the New Earth Energy. It gives I, Tobias, such delight to be here with you on this day for the second Shoud, the time when you channel yourselves.

I love this moment when we first enter your space, when we first gather together with you, when you invite us into your place, when you can truly open your heart. I love the sound of your music (played before the channel). It tells such a story of your journey. I love the way you sit, oh, in anticipation for our time together!

Our time together during the channel seems so brief, but, dear friends, we are always with you. We walk alongside you, sharing your experiences and your times. Sometimes, I could just sit here and breathe in the love that you emanate, love that comes from your heart.
